With the Mets ownership in financial trouble, rumors of this being Jose Ryes' last year for the Amazings, and David Wright picking and choosing which seasons he'll hit home runs, who are the leaders of the New York Mets? At one time, it was a couple of drug addicts like Doc Gooden, Keith Hernandez and Darryl Strawberry. Boy… those sure were some great years. If only the Mets could go back in time. I guess this 1989 Topps Mets Leaders card will have to do.
